Business Development Director
This is a new post and we are looking for a proactive, imaginative and experienced Business Development Director to join us in the next phase of our business plan and support the organisation in realising our goals.
Salary: £36k per annum (pro rata to 4 days equivalent £28,800)
Hours: 30 hours p/w (4 days equivalent)

Marketing and Communications Lead
Salary: £28k per annum (pro rata to 3 days equivalent £16,800)
Hours: 22.5 hours p/w (3 days equivalent)
The post of Marketing and Communications Lead will be responsible for Findhorn Bay Arts’ marketing and communications activity along with our ambitious goals to grow our audiences and develop our brand.
