We are recruiting for a Deputy Stage Manager for the new production of The Buke of the Howlat written by Morna Young and Directed by Ben Harrison.

The Buke of the Howlat is a new promenade adaption of a 15th century Older Scots poem. A team of actor-musicians, a choir and a community cast featuring talented young people, work with an award winning creative team to bring the story of The Howlat to life at Brodie Castle in Moray as part of the 3rd Findhorn Bay Festival this September.

The Deputy Stage Manager will;

Work closely with the Director and at actors rehearsals
Record everything from script rehearsals and note changes
Follow the script and cue the show during performances
Help to coordinate rehearsals
Work with the Production Manager, Techinical Manager, Assistant Stage Manager and team to ensure all aspects of the production run smoothly, safely and to schedule
