FBA Appoints New Board Members

Findhorn Bay Arts has today announced the appointment of two new members to its Board.

Laura Walker is a member of the National Youth Arts Advisory Group and co-founder of the emerging Highland-based theatre company Vivid Roots Collective.

A graduate of UHI’s BA Hons in Drama and Performance, Laura has worked for Dogstar, Framework, Surge, Creative Scotland and National Theatre Connections.

Laura is currently researching physical theatres, Feminist performance, and phenomenology through an MRes in Creative Practice at UHI.

Margaret-Anne O’Donnell is a founding director of Raw Material, an award-winning, independent, producing company based in Glasgow.

Margaret-Anne has extensive experience in arts management, venue and company leadership, touring, producing and programming working with a variety of Scotland’s theatre companies.

Prior to setting up Raw Material, Margaret-Anne worked in a variety of posts for the National Theatre of Scotland for its first 13 years.

We are very much looking forward to working with Laura and Margaret-Anne to make even more creative things happen in Moray and beyond.
