Culture Day Forres is back!
The one day cultural extravaganza will be held on Saturday 29 September 11-4pm as part of the 2018 Findhorn Bay Festival.
Culture Day Forres seeks to provide opportunities for artists, community groups, and the cultural and heritage sectors to self promote the work they do. It is a day for audiences of all ages to connect with the rich heritage and diverse range of arts and cultural activity that takes place in Moray throughout the year and attracts upwards of 3,000 people over the course of the day.
We are open to receive participant applications – if you wish to showcase what you do in new, innovative and creative ways; open the doors to activities, invite new audiences and members to join, and encourage participation in your group/activity throughout the year – then Culture Day Forres is the perfect platform for you!
New Addition – Mini Market on Tolbooth Street Promoting Local Food and Artisan Crafts.
Spaces available for Moray’s food, drink and artisan crafts to showcase your work through activities and stalls that promote organic, healthy, creative and sustainable lifestyles.

Out ‘n’ About Creative Activity
We are looking for professional artists to deliver creative activity – storytelling, visual art, dance, music, theatre, circus, walk about performance – to entertain people of all ages at Culture Day Forres (Saturday 29 September 11am-4pm) and Picnic in the Park (Sunday 30 September 11am -4pm) as part of the 2018 Findhorn Bay Festival.
