Minds Eye Art Group is a creative programme supporting neurodivergent children and their families in Moray.
Through art, storytelling, and connection, children take part in weekly workshops that celebrate neurodivergent strengths in a safe, inclusive space.
Led by artist Kate MacKay who has over 20 years experience as a community artist
The Minds Eye Art Group will celebrate the strengths of neurodivergent children between the ages of 8-12, providing a safe, creative space where they, and their parents, can feel supported, seen, and free to be themselves through creativity.
Thanks to funding from Newbold Legacy Trust we are able to continue our partnership with artist Kate MacKay and support The Mind’s Eye Art Group to continue in Forres for the next year.
The art space will be designed especially for neurodivergent participants and aims to foster positive mental health while exploring the sensory needs of participants.
The Minds Eye Art Group will run during term time and be delivered over 4 terms of 5 weekly sessions on Saturday’s 10am to 12noon at Auchernack House, Forres
