For young people aged 16-25 years old in Moray who are at a pivotal point in their creative development and are seriously interested in pursuing a career in music, this six month open programme will match five young musicians with five mentors matched to their interests and development needs.
Our mentoring programme will support the creative energy of participants and help them take the next step to realise their creative ambitions. Each participant will receive six one-to-one sessions with their mentor, with tasks to complete in between.
