FWI River Connected Communities Programme – Community Halls Series

This event has now passed.

Join us for an informal sharing of music ‘in the round’ of songs inspired by nature, the River Findhorn, its wider landscapes and wildlife.

River Connections – Music

Join us for an informal sharing of music ‘in the round’ with local singer/songwriters Andrea Turner and Shirley Barr, alongside ecologist and songwriter Will Boyd Wallis, performing songs inspired by nature, the River Findhorn, its wider landscapes and wildlife.

Followed by an informal Q&A, guests will then be invited to share their own connections to the river through written prompts, printmaking and by contributing to a visual and written collaborative Findhorn Watershed story map.

If you have a song or a poem inspired by nature, please do bring it along to share – we’d love to hear it too!

Complimentary soup, teas and coffees will be served.

Suitable for all ages. Free to attend, but registration essential to reserve your place.

Presented by Findhorn Bay Arts for the Findhorn Watershed Initiative.
